How it Works?

Submit a request for an informal meeting and we will discuss if mediation is right for your case.  I am happy to invite the other party to mediation and provide resources that can be helpful. Mediators do not provide any legal advice.  It is encouraged to seek legal advice prior to signing any agreement.

Why Mediation?

Voluntary and informal process designed to address conflict and reach resolutions outside of court. Helps parties understand common goals and develop a positive working relations. Provides a forum for the parties to improve communication, increase cooperation, and work together on a joint problem solving basis.
